Paris Caramels specializes in artisanal Pâtes de Fruits (fruit jellies) prepared from fruit grown by small producers all over France, from Normandy to the Rhone Valley.
The fruit is shipped directly from these orchards and used for production. No filler fruit is ever added, resulting in an incomparable flavor with every bite.
Flavors includes cassis, peach, apricot, raspberry, litchi, grapefruit and tangerine fruit pulp.
Each fruit square is 1 in x 1 in x .5 in, and the clear plastic box contains 18 delightful pieces.
