We inspect our products with accuracy and package them for shipping with extreme care. We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service department immediately for assistance. No returns will be allowed past 14 days of receipt. Allowed returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fees unless the cause of return is a product defect or damage. All returns must be in the original form and packaging.Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
Once confirmed, custom orders are absolutely non-returnable and non-refundable except for damage or defect as stated above, and are subject to inspection.
