This family owned business for over 3 generations produces exceptional artisanal olives, oils, salt and olive oil products from Les Baux De Provence in France in the heart of Frances’ beautiful Region of Provence. Each fall a new crop of olives is picked, washed, and cured for four months in a simple brine of sea salt and water then seasoned with local Herbes de Provence, wild fennel, mellow, or roasted garlic and finished with a dash of red wine vinegar and local sunflower oil for rich texture and delicious taste. Arnaud® Fresh Olives are firm, crunchy, yet tender. They are considered to be some of the finest in the world since they retain all the natural flavor and the bright color of the freshly-picked fruit.
