This Third generation company has been nurturing its relationship with cocoa plantations for over a century and the Bonnat family have been creating chocolate in the southern French town of Voiron for almost 150 years. They have built up a reputation for producing fine chocolates and are classified as a Maître chocolatier. Bonnat was the first to introduce single origin chocolates in the 1950’s and has an exclusive collection of Porcelana type beans.
